Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sweo-Drive 702705 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tech-Motive-Tool products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taylor-Devices parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Taishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tech-Motive-Tool such as the T0661045MSP3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the J403330000 manufactured by Taylor-Devices and we are pleased to be able to service most Taylor-Devices systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YG2019043029 by Manufacturer Taishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Teledyne Brand 210775000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tci such as KDRF4H equipment made by Tci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XFC407 made by Tb as well as the popular AA165 original spares produced by Syron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDRI23L by Tci and KDRF4H spares by Tci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KDRJ1L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tci.
